Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Please read these Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy carefully before using the Echo No More Coaching (the “Service”) operated by Echo No More Coaching LLC (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Policy:

The fee (rate per chosen service) is non-negotiable and non-refundable.
Rescheduling is permissible without incurring a fee only if the request is made prior to the scheduled sales call day. However, rescheduled appointments must be booked within the same week, contingent upon availability, to avoid the imposition of the $100 fee.
Rescheduling requests made on the day of the scheduled call, which also require a new booking, will be subject to a $100 charge for calendar re-entry.
Multiple instances of 2 or more reschedules and/or cancellations of scheduled calls may lead to permanent blacklisting from further engagements with the Echo No More Coaching sales team.
Please be advised that adherence to these policies is essential for the smooth operation of our scheduling system and to ensure the equitable treatment of all our valued clients.
